Vietnam Ventures Limited, a fund managed by VinaCapital Saturday announced it has sold 7.7 million shares of Khang Dien House Trading and Investment JSC (KDH) to reduce its ownership from 5.05 per cent to 3.67 per cent of capital.
Once the deal is completed, Vietnam Ventures Limited will hold 20.5 million shares of KDH, equivalent to an ownership rate of 3.67 per cent and will no longer be a major shareholder of KDH.
Large-cap stocks have been included for the first time on the list of shares with alert status on both national stock exchanges– indicating that economic hardships have begun to squeeze even big businesses.
